Bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat to this afternoon of self discovery in guidance for cultivating a personal meditation practice to help you clarify your life goals and purpose, as well as de-stress from your daily grind.
Each participant will receive a copy of the eBook, "Lighten Up Your Life" and we will explore different meditation techniques, wellness tools including journaling, eating well, working out, Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques, using essential oils, and chakra cleansing.
All these topics and more will be covered in the book, and useful for helping you to release fears, stress, and live your best life.
